The ODYSSEE partners met in Preddvor (Slovenia) in the spring of 2014, with the aim at discussing the main tasks of the project.
Briefly, the meeting focused on the following issues:
- Overview of the ODYSSEE project, presented by both LECA and UBB project coodinators
- Introduction of each member of the teams (i.e. scientific background, specific skills, involvment within the ODYSSEE’s tasks)
- Project tasks, and their methodological peculiarities
- Choosing the sampling sites within both Alps and Carpathians
- Organizing the 2014 field campaign, with particular focus on the field protocol (incl. sampling test conducted outdoors).
